This is a marvellous and fascinating place, full of history and green vegetation, located just above Subbiano small town, along antique Via Romea used since 13th century by pilgrims travelling from Germany to Rome, only 18 kms away from Arezzo.
The property consists of three atone buildings, fenced garden with pool and about 5.7 hectares of land with 3.7 ha olive groves, 1.5 ha woods and 4000 sq.m. arable land.
The main building, transformed centuries ago from a Langobard watchtower into a villa, measures 326 sq.m. on three levels. It is attached on one side to another stone house, totally independent and not precluding or limiting the privacy.
