The villa was built between the end of 18th century and beginning of 19th. It has been maintained in perfect conditions with no alterations of interiors throughout the years. Most of the spaces on ground floor, with its arches and vaults, would make unique reception areas.
Plumbing and electric installations are quite old and would need to be changed. The building would also require new and more bathrooms.
Outbuildings could be turned into garages, technical rooms or simply demolished. The land measures approx. 1890 sq.m. including the space occupied by the buildings. If required, a neighbouring plot of land can also be acquired.
