JKM-1059 Property with industrial production of apples, cherries, olives, truffles, and woods for a total of 190 hectares with two lakes and buildings to reconstruct near Arezzo

The estate is in Arezzo Province, on the border of Subbiano and Anghiari municipalities, at the altitude which varies from 350 to 700 masl. It extends over 190 hectares of land with two plots of 43 ha in total, 2 metres high metal fence. It also has two lakes used to irrigate fruit orchards.

Fruit production is the main activity. Higher altitudes and uncontaminated environment guarantee high quality of fruits which are cultivated according to modern agricultural methods such as integrated pest control. Most orchards have nets protecting against insects, rain and hail which allows to limit the use of pesticides. All plants have irrigation system.

The cherry orchard planted in 2017 covers 1.3 ha and counts 5100 plant with six different varieties. It produces today about 60,000 kg of fruit, but the production could be intensified reaching 110,000 kg.

Apple orchards over an area of 3.5 hectares. About a hectare has trees 15 or more years old. Remaining 2.5 ha has newly planted trees. In total they are 6000 plants which produce about 900,000 kg of apples. Species produces are Golden Delicious, Red Chief and Fuji.

One hectare of olive grove counts 300 trees with production for private use only.

In 1992 about 2.5 hectares were turned into truffle grounds. They produce a winter type of truffle which can be collected from December till end of March.

The farm centre used for storage of machinery and equipment measures about 277 sq.m. Other completely or partially ruined stone buildings measure about 1680 cu.m. Their volume as well as the one of farm centre can be used for the construction of new farm or residential buildings. 

It is an important estate which thanks to high quality products generates already an interesting income. Investing in extension of productive areas, introducing new activities, and using the available volume for construction of residential buildings for private use and perhaps holiday rentals, it is an interesting investment.
