The property is located on the border of a small and old hamlet counting several stone houses – all restored and nicely maintained. There are in total 13 families, which use their houses during summer months and weekends. A bigger plot of about 800 sq.m. is located at less than 2 metres distance, on the other side of the dirt road providing access to a small house standing nearby. This area could be used as vegetable garden, relax area, space where to place LPG tank. It might also be possible to construct a swimming pool, providing the local authorities give the relevant permission.

 

Electricity is connected. Bottled gas is used for cooking. Water comes either from the common water deposit or common water well. Water is heated by electric boiler. Fire places were used for heating the interiors, but it should not be difficult to make a proper central heating system.

It is possible to purchase another piece of land with some fruit trees located nearby.

 

It is an ideal place for those who want to spend summer months in a quiet and cool place, surrounded by vegetation but not isolated or remote from services. For those who like mushroom picking – it is heaven.
