The property is located in a slightly elevated and quiet position with easy access and close to Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino.  Originally, in 14^th century, it was a convent with its own chapel, transformed later into a typical farmhouse with stables on the ground floor and living quarters on the first.  In the beginning of this century the building was totally restored with replacement of the roof, floors, and installations. In spite of all these works the place maintained its charm and character, typical for old Tuscan homes. At the same time, it has all the modern commodities.

The ground floor consists of a portico, kitchen, dining room, double sitting room with elegant staircase leading upstairs, study, bedroom, bathroom and three stores. There is a second kitchen and bathroom on the lower level.

This part of the property, which seems to be a botanical garden, is fenced. The rest of 5 hectares of land is composed by recently planted woods, arable land, and olive grove wit 70 trees.  An important alley leads from the automatic entrance gate to the house.

There is a new 90 metres deep water well apart from an old stone well. Heating runs on pellets and LPG.
