The property is located in the middle of green Valdichiana valley, not far from its main towns like Foiano della Chiana, Lucignano, Monte San Savino and Castiglion Fiorentino. The former pigsty has attached a large bathroom with showers, most probably used by the workers. In case of a swimming pool constructed in the future this facility could become as a pool changing room and bathroom.

The room attached to the garage for agricultural machinery has an old, but perfectly functioning bread/pizza oven, wood burner/barbecue and water sink. This room could be used as summer kitchen.

The 3 hectares of land surround the property from three sides.  Access is through a local countryside road (about hundred metres) which passes along the fourth part of the property.
