The property is located on the border of Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino Municipalities, in a hilly but easy to reach position with magnificent views of Medieval Castiglion Fiorentino, Montecchio Castle and the entire Valdichiana valley. There is also a pizza oven and a nice pergola with barbecue for outside dining.

The available land measures fourteen hectares and consists of olive groves, small vineyard, arable land, and woods.

The property has its own well and old water source. Heating works mostly with wood, although LPG has system is also available.

Views from the property are very nice. You see a great part of Valdichiana Valley with Montecchio Castle and hilltop Castiglion Fiorentino.
