JKM-1091 Perfectly restored semidetached stone house with panoramic terrace below a Medieval castle in Valdichiana

The property is located within an antique hamlet which developed below a medieval castle dominating Valdichiana valley. It consists of a semidetached house and a plot with car parking and olive groves at 40 metres distance. The house, which is actually a portion of an antique olive oil mill, has been carefully restored and is in perfect conditions. The lower level consists of a loggia, large sitting room with kitchenette, store, and cellar with a window. Internal staircase leads to the upper level which features two bedrooms, bathroom, and a large, panoramic terrace. Another room with washing machine and bread oven can be accessed from the terrace.

Floors on the ground floor are in ceramic tiles imitating wood, while on the first floor they are in terracotta. Custom made kitchen in solid wood has all the necessary appliances. Heating is provided by a gasoline burner and pellet stove.  Water comes from a well in common with the neighbours.

The plot with parking shed and olive groves is located at 40 metres distance, but obviously it is possible to reach front doors of the house by car to load or unload.

All, except for two buildings of the hamlet have been restored and either lived in all year round or used often by the owners who live in Arezzo. The antique castle is located just above. It is a place where nothing or not much has been changed during centuries and there are not many spots of this kind left around.

Access is through tarmac road which leads up amongst olive groves from the main road to the hamlet.
