The property is located in a small village which is part of Massarosa municipality within Versilia area of Tuscany, not far from Lucca. It consists of an old mill presently divided int six apartments, independent house, garden, small olive grove, swimming pool, outside dining area and parking. Restoration works were completed in 2000. They were realized with great care and according to the local tradition.

For the last 18 years the apartments have been rented out with great success during holiday season. The clientele is prevalently from abroad.
